This fall, I'm gathering two small groups of women on the North Carolina coast for three days. Not a conference. Not a weekend getaway. Something more specific--and more intentional.

vo/ca is a space for the woman of influence--influence in her home, her team, her community--or all three. She's used to being the one with answers. This is three days to set all of that down, surround yourself with nourishing beauty, food, conversation and relationships, and let God speak into what's next.

"I've gathered women in large rooms for years, and it has been good. But I keep hearing the same thing — and feeling it myself: I want a smaller table. I want to have the conversation we never quite get to. vo/ca is my answer to that."

What three days looks like:

Care

Beautiful surroundings, all the details taken care of, unhurried hospitality -- giving you space to be still and actually exhale.

Creativity

Shared experiences for discovering something new, and a chance to simply allow yourself to be yourself--without a focus on results.

Conversation

Small circles. Lingering at the table, the fire pit, or on the beach. The kind of storytelling that follows you home and changes things.
